  • Character reference system for maintaining visual consistency of subjects across different scenes and shots

User Accounts

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others through generated content
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Generate content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content that could harm individuals or organizations

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service, including generated images, videos, shot recipes, and character references. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Rights

We retain ownership of our platform, technology, AI algorithms, and all improvements and modifications. The shot library references are curated from publicly available sources and are provided for reference purposes only.

Payment and Billing

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan in advance
  • Provide accurate billing information and keep it updated
  • Authorize recurring payments for subscription plans
  • Pay any additional fees for overages or premium features
  • Understand that credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service and provide accurate payment information. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Refunds and Cancellations

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused credits.

Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of generated images or videos. You are responsible for reviewing and approving generated content before use.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL LYMEshot BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and any unused credits will be forfeited.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
